Gospel Singer El manuel donates to School for the Deaf at Sekondi

Takoradi based Gospel artiste Emmanuel Arko, known as El Manuel has donated items worth thousands of Ghana cedis to the school for the deaf in sekondi through his annual program, ‘Yibima’ project.

Some of the items he donated include toilet rolls, drinks, cooking oils, bags of rice, perishable foods, among other items.

Presenting the items to the management of the deaf school, El manuel said the donation was his mite of helping bring comfort to the needy in the society.

He stressed that the donation was a dream come true, and assured the orphanage of more of such donations in the future.

El Manuel also encouraged the students to take their education serious and bring change into our society.

He further accepted to help in raising funds to aid their broken bus and also work on any request made to him.

The gospel artiste, who wants to make a difference in the lives of the needy, said the donation formed part of him to resolve and give back to society.

The award-winning urban gospel musician at the 2022 Western Music Awards called on corporate institutions, churches and individual to support them financially to aid support more children.

Madam Favour Aflakpu who received the items on behalf of the school, thanked El Manuel and his foundation for their continuous support and called on other individuals and organisations to follow his footstep by showing love to the less privileged in society and prayed to the lord to grant the gospel singer and his team more strength and favor to do more in impacting many lives.

“Help us raise some funds to fix our Yutong Bus which is not of use for a period of time. We can’t go for excursions and other events, I plead on your foundation will also us get computers, Projectors, and other learning materials to enhance our children education”. She pleaded

This year’s event brought some gospel musicians and influencers at takoradi together to supports the ‘Yibima’ project.
